NBC Axes Olamide’s “Wo,” Davido’s “Fall,’ 9ice’s “Living Things”

This seems not to be the best of times for musicians in as the Nigeria Broadcasting Coperation has banned some songs from been played on the airwaves. According to , these songs promotes Tobacco and other related crime. The Federal Ministry of Health had in a tweet on Friday said that the video to Olamide’s “Wo” is in violation of the Tobacco Control Act 2015. Below is the statement released by NBC which was tagged Not To Be Broadcast (NTBB)   This is not the first time that Olamide and will fall under the NBC hammer. In 2015, Davido was nearly picked up by the NDLEA for his "Fans Mi" video which according to the NDLEA promotes hard drugs but was later freed after investigations.
