What instantly comes to your mind about Maupe will be the "Oga At The Top" Saga which as of today, we've come to agree that it was fate that made a state commander become a global celebrity of some sort. The real Maupe is just a happy go girl who enjoys her job and has a deep passion for news and current affairs. Maupe Ogun was educated at the University of Lagos and the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK, where she got her first degree in English Language and a Masters in International Relations and Development Studies. Her drive to go with her passion for presenting brought her into the broadcast industry in 2007. Maupe joined Channels in 2009 as a News presenter and Reporter where she’s worked on the International desk, producing and presenting programmes like The World Today and Diplomatic Channel. Maupe believes she's not yet her at her peak until she interviews the president of the United States Of America. For her, that will mean fulfillment. She’s currently a co-host on Channels’ hottest news and current affairs programme, Sunrise Daily with her colleagues Chamberlain and Sulaiman. Like you would expect,Maupe loves to engage in stimulating political discussions. Reading and traveling also mean so much to her. But this is the shocker, Maupe is a good dancer.
