Think Big,Buy big,yes we know, but whoever says buying or using too many expensive makeup products, makes you look like an angel of beauty
is all but not true.
Many times,i have tried to figure out why a lot of people go with big names when it comes to purchasing an item without knowing how good it is.an expensive or too many makeup Products in your makeup box isn't a definite criteria to achieving that perfect look.they say "if you have got it,flaunt it" but not when it meets that woman who can't afford too many or expensive beauty products.
The price of a makeup product does not guarantee you a flawless finish neither the size of your makeup box or purse.you will b amazed to know that -makeup B is able togive you same finish and result as makeup A..you can still look really pretty spending little or nothing with that mini makeup.there are a wide range of makeup products in the market but be sure to go for good ones,note...good ones you can trust.never purchase a beauty product because of the price on it...Ask questions ,Google products online or seek professional help.
Most clients I meet complain of not getting good results using cheap or very few makeup because of their method of application but most of all, their mindset( the more expensive, the better).
But listen up,there are tricks and tips to achieving that desired look using very few inexpensive makeup. As a matter study,i have experimented a lot using different techniques to achieve certain results which I find amazing which I will share with you.you will be surprised at what your makeup products can do.sometimes, little makeup improvisation can do the trick.
Most importantly,i always advice my clients no matter how much you spend on makeup products, always and properly prep and prime the face before applying any makeup on.this will give you a clean and flawless finish.
Face-to achieve a nude look which is barely there(a no makeup, makeup look).you need a tinted moisturiser. Improvise with this method...
-mix your regular foundation with your regular face moisturiser.
- gently even out with fingers or apply with your foundation brush.
For powder, you can substitute using a regular baby powder.
Note -apply your powder using a powder puff or pad.dab, dab and dab.
Contour-you can use your regular eyeshadow as your contour powder.choose from the brown colour shades but make sure it's matte.
Blush-some colours in your eyeshadow pallete can also serve as blush.pick colours that best suit ur skin
Highlighter- you can highlight your cheekbone using mild tones with shimmer on your eyeshadow pallette...use finger to smoothen out,if you don't have a brush.
Lips- as Lipstick
-moisturise lips with a lip balm.
- mix into a paste, your eyeshadow colour of your choice(matte of shimmer)with a pinch of petroleum jelly.apply on lips using your finger.
- apply your lip balm on your lips
apply your regular foundation or concealer (liquid) on lips, even out with finger.
(note to choose a tone in the same colour family as your skin tone).
Optional-for a little shine,dab on a tiny
amount of lip balm or gloss just at the centre of lip.
Lip pencils can also be used as substitute. Line lips, then fill in with your lip pencil.
Eyes- the concealer can also be used as your eye primer.
dab a little of your cream concealer, even out, then apply your eyeshadow.
The black eyeshadow can be used for lining the eyes.use a pencil brush but be careful not to get particles into eyes.
Mascara- this improv. Is kinda funny but it works, try it.
-mix a pinch of your black eye shadow wit a very tiny pinch of brow gel, hair gel or petroleum jelly.make into paste.
-use a wand to apply mixture to your lashes, you will be surprised at the amazing result.yoir lashes look plumped out and natural.
Try these tricks and thank me later.*wink*.
