Floyd Mayweather Jr Defeats Conor McGregor On TKO In The Money Fight
The Money Fight was slated for 26 August and hosted at T-Mobile Arena, Paradise Nevada in the US.
Floyd Mayweather Jr came into the fight as 5-division world champion and undefeated in professional boxing (49-0) while Conor McGregor is a 2-division world champion in mixed martial arts.
The match was emotionally engaging as the two fighters began the epic fight. Irishman McGregor had impressive moments during the early rounds of the fight.
Mayweather held up his end by maintaining stamina as he gradually wore McGregor out. The MMA champion from the fourth round began throwing in weak punches at his opponent but was still adjudged with a little lead over the veteran Mayweather.

The historic fight increases Floyd Mayweather Jr victory to a record breaking 50-0 as an undefeated boxing champion. This record dethrones the previous held by Rocky Marciano (49-0).
According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Mayweather would earn a guaranteed purse of $100 million and McGregor was guaranteed $30 million
