OKORO2 A  couple based in , USA, Mr and Mrs Don and Nkem Okoro who were in for vacation and to attend a burial of a relation, have been killed by unknown armed robbers who tried to rob them along Benin-Onitsha high way on their way to the village to attend a burial. Their two-year old niece was also in the car with them, and sadly, they were all killed. Another report also says, they were trying to run from the robbery attack which made them have a ghastly accident in which they all died. The Nigerian in Houston who are grieving however says their death was regrettable and it was something that could have been preventable if only the country was security conscious. They are survived by five children. Source: Ladun

Our world today i full of wicked people. What could have made those wicked souls to kill a husband and a wife at a time? Our dear country is gradually turning into a deadly zone where all kinds of evil take place. I pray that God will forgive them their sins and accept them in his kingdom and also find a way of providing for the children of this couple.

Too bad. That is why most of us are glamouring for good government that would provides adequate security for us.The rates at which Nigerians who suppose to contribute their quota to the development of Nigeria are dying is uncall for.

I don’t know about the verifiability of the news source. But if this is true, then it is indeed a very sad day for their families. What would have been an ample opportunity for a joyful family reunion with family members and friends has turned in a very gloom event. It is way too hard to bear that at a time like this, our security operatives have been found wanting when they are supposed to be carrying out their civil duties. This is one of the many pains Nigerians go through on a daily basis in this country. It has been long overdue for our government and people to become more responsive to issues of security and the protection of lives and property. What a sad event this was. May the souls of the departed find solace in the Lord’s bossom. Amen!

This is quite unfortunate! thats why most nigerians are clamouring for change, there are many security operatives in nigeria and yet hundreds & thousands are dying day by day by some fierce and die-hard terrorists everyday.can we also believe that at the helm of all this problem, the president is busy exchanging words with the opposition’s party flagbearer and he is being guided by thousands of security fellow nigerians,an adage says that “its only the ingrate that bit the finger that fed him” jonathan has done much worse than good to us just because of “he had no shoes campaign” that he had as far back as 2011,we gave him our shoes and now he is ferociously stepping on us with the shoes.the state of the national security operatives is in shambles and its highly oppotrious.r i p to the dead and condolence to their family.
