Adekunle Gold Wins ‘Best African Music Artist 2017’ At IARA Awards

Former YBNL singer Adekunle Gold wins music award at the just concluded IARA Awards.

The 'Pick Up' crooner has just won an award at the International Achievement Recognition Awards in London.

Adekunle Gold was honoured as the 'Best African Music Artist 2017' during the live awards show.

The 'Best African Music Artist 2017' was contested by Yemi Alade, Tekno, Adekunle Gold and Moelogo where the 'No Forget' crooner emerged the winner in the category.

Mr Gold shared the exciting new on Instagram with the following words.

 Just got home now to this beautiful award from the @iara_awards. Squirming in disbelief that anyone would think this of me amongst the amazing host of us and that I get rewarded for doing the thing I love the most. I am deeply grateful. Thank You.
